SJG Youth Photography Workshop In The Garden No.1

Seattle Japanese Garden hosted 12 Young photographers from grades 8 through 12. They learned about the Japanese stroll garden, tea ceremony, and created inspiring images for our community. The images will be displayed at the Garden in near future. This is a collaboration program between The Seattle Japanese Garden and Seattle Special district. The second workshop will be supported by Seattle Urasenke Tankoukai.

シアトル日本庭園主催「学生写真教室」と「茶の湯」のコラボレーションシアトル日本庭園が主催する高校生〜大学生の写真撮影知識を高めるためのワークショップが開催されました。このワークショップのカリキュラムとして、日本庭園への理解をより深めてもらうために、「茶の湯」のプレゼンテーションを行いました。お点前のデモンストレーションの後、実際お茶室に座ってもらい、呈茶とQ&A セッションを実施いたしました。
